>>The operator representative reported plans to revisit the site to drill further wells.

>>A minor modification to place a raised berm around the perimeter of the pad was requested and denied due to substantial changes in flow patterns around the pad necessitating engineer review.

>>The site was in generally good condition with no noted violations or concerns.

2838968 Primary Facility 2019-02-12 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Cellar Tech/NOV auger drilled a 36" well bore to 51 ft. and set 26" conductor casing at that depth on 2/11/19.
