Pit lined and freeboard maintained.

1969076 2011-04-28 No Violations Noted Drilled, not equipped. Site ID sign and E&S plan located. Pit appears to be in sound condition. There is no evidence of accelerated erosion and sedimentation on the well site. The operator should continue to monitor the access road for erosion and sedimentation until the site has been restored.

2082437 2012-07-11 No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well was drilled but not equipped for production. The Operator has not started operation of the drill deeper permit. The site appeared to be in sound condition. No observation of accelerated erosion and sedimentation in relation to the access road or well pad area.

At the time of inspection the Erosion and Sedimentation plan was onsite and all BMPs appear to implemented and maintained as outline in the E&S plan. The drill pit located onsite appears to be in sound condition with the required 2 feet of freeboard. The Department suggest the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation event to ensure site stability and BMPs are maintained.

There was no accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site. There were several areas along the access road where the operator should inspect and if necessary perform routine maintenance on the access road erosion controls.
2223660 2013-11-20 No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tanks located onsite and they appeared to be in sound condition. There was no accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site. The site had been regraded, seeded, mulched and the vegetative cover had attained the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
