| Well was staked, site was not constructed at the time of the inspection.  Contacted E&S plan preparer regarding minor changes to the plan.  Specifically it was requested that the entire well pad be rocked with clean durable rock so as to minimize the amountof sediment generated during well development, the OG-57 application was revised to agree with the plan with respect to the encapsulation of the drill cuttings, and the diversion ditch collecting runoff from above the site was changed to direct runoff away from instead of towards the nearest residence.  With these changes the E&S plan as compiled should effectively minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation provided the plan is implemented and maintained properly.
