It did not appear that the issues outlined in WQS Shultz﾿s inspection regarding erosion controls had been addressed. Site had been regraded, however the vegetative cover did not meet the 70% uniform coverage criteria. Site had no erosion controls to isolate the disturbed area for the site from the unnamed tributary (UNT) of Glade Run. Evidence was observed of sediment transport via this UNT and on the access road.
