The operator should monitor the site erosion controls and the stability of the access road until well development activities are completed and the site is restored.

Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. Vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria and there was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation.
