1928102 2010-11-17 No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Drill pit located onsite. Pit contained drill cuttings and fluid and had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. E&S controls had been implemented as outlined as in the E&S plan. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Noted a small amount of mud had been transported onto Route 839, however it did not appear to have been generated as a result of traffic related to the well-site.

1948019 2011-02-07 No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Drill pit located onsite. Pit contained drill cuttings and frozen fluids. Noted that the backside of the drill pit along the cut slope the pit liner had fallen down into the pit. The operator should rectify the pit liner issue as soon as possible and contact WQS Higgins via phone at the above listed number when this is done. Observed no erosion & sedimentation issues in relation to the site or access road.
