1865831 2010-02-25 No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed, well was not equipped for production at the time of the inspection. The below grade pit which had been located onsite had been backfilled and the cuttings had been encapsulated as outlined in the E&S plan located onsite. The access road was in the process of being regraded at the time of the inspection. The operator should insure that the access road has been rerocked and the roadside ditches and culverts are functioning properly prior to the beginning of any well stimulation activities. The operator should also evaluate the silt fence to insure it will continue to fucntion properly as the snow melts
1878465 2010-04-21 No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed, well appeared to be equipped for production at the time of the inspection. Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition. Site had not been regraded, no accelerated erosion & sedimentation was observed on the site or access road. The operator should continue to monitor the erosion control BMP's to insure their continued functionality until final site restoration activities are completed. The Department recommends that the operator undertake final restoration activities as soon as possible so as to take adavantage of the current growing season.
