Below grade pit located onsite had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion related to the access road . The filter fabric fence had been compromsied at the lowest point due to sediment deposits. The fence had been overtopped and required maintenance to continue to function properly. Spoke onsite with operator representative Harry Mills concerning this issue and he stated that the filter fabric fence will be addressed that day.
