1983734 Primary Facility 2011-04-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On April 20th, 2011 I conducted a routine inspection of the above site. Drilling has not yet started. A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted at the site. The access road could use some additional rock. Access was through Unit #2 and #4. All E&S controls were in place and constructed according to the plan at site. Pit was constructed. No accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The slopes were mulched. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.
1983831 Primary Facility 2011-05-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On May 12th, 2011 I conducted a routine inspection of the above site. Drilling was completed. A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted at the site. The access road was in fair condition. Access was through Unit #2 and #4. Pit was appeared to be in good condition and still contained fluids. No accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.
