1983734 2011-04-20 No Violations Noted On April 20th, 2011 I conducted a routine inspection of the above site. Drilling has not yet started. A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted at the site. The access road could use some additional rock. Access was through Unit #2 and #4. All E&S controls were in place and constructed according to the plan at site. Pit was constructed. No accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The slopes were mulched. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.
1983831 2011-05-12 No Violations Noted On May 12th, 2011 I conducted a routine inspection of the above site. Drilling was completed. A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted at the site. The access road was in fair condition. Access was through Unit #2 and #4. Pit was appeared to be in good condition and still contained fluids. No accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved.

2051751 2012-03-20 No Violations Noted On December 5, 2012, the Department received a request for a six-month extension for the reclamation of American Natural Resources’ (ANR) Charles Lenzer Unit #3. The well reached total depth on4/29/11 and restoration should have been done by1/29/12.

However, ANR was unable to complete the restoration on time because of the extremely wet summer and fall (they included documentation). I granted the extension and the new restoration date will be 7/29/12.

2086085 2012-07-24 No Violations Noted On March 15, 2012, the Department granted American Natural Resources (ANR) a six-month extension on the reclamation of their Charles Lenzner #3 site. The new reclamation date is July 29, 2012.
On July 24, 2012, WQS John Ley and I stopped at ANR’s’, Charles Lenzner #3 site to check the restoration progress.  The site is in fair shape.  Overall the it is vegetated but the silt fence is still up.  We also did not see signs on the well itself.

I’m recording no violations at this time, but the site could use tending.

2100553 2012-09-06 No Violations Noted On September 6, 2012, WQS John Ley and I stopped at ANR’s’, Charles Lenzner #3 site to check the restoration progress. The site is in fair shape. Overall the it is vegetated but the silt fence is still up. We also did not see signs on the well itself.

The site can't be considered restored until the fence is removed and the area is 70% re-vegetated.
