A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted at the site. The access road could use some additional rock. Access was through Unit #2 and #4. All E&S controls were in place and constructed according to the plan at site. Pit was constructed. No accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The slopes were mulched. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls until the site is restored and 70% vegetative cover is achieved. | |

However, ANR was unable to complete the restoration on time because of the extremely wet summer and fall (they included documentation). I granted the extension and the new restoration date will be 7/29/12. |

Overall the it is vegetated but the silt fence is still up. We also did not see signs on the well itself. I’m recording no violations at this time, but the site could use tending. |
