The access road was in good condition. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted onsite. E&S controls were in place. The pit appeared to be in good condition and had adequate freeboard. Cementing was taking place. Water trucks were on site removing water from the pit. No accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.

The access road was in good condition. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted onsite. E&S controls were in place. The pit contained fluid but had adequate freeboard. 1992022 Primary Facility 2011-07-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On July 6th, 2011 I visited this site as a routine inspection. Drilling was complete. The well was being equipped for production. Two tanks were in place surrounded by a dike. The access road was in good condition. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted onsite. E&S controls were in place. The pit was closed and the site was rough graded but not yet seeded or mulched. No accelerated erosion, spills, or leaks were observed at the time of inspection.
2107697 Primary Facility 2012-10-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of the inspection, the well site sign and label were on site. The well was drilled and equipped for production. The associated well apparatus located onsite appeared to be in sound working condition. There were no erosion or sedimentation issues. The area around the pad was restored and meets the 70% uniform vegetative coverage.
