1983747 2011-04-28 No Violations Noted On April 28th, 2011 I visited this site as a routine inspection. The well was in production. The access road was in good condition. A well tag was present. The site was well vegetated No accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.

The associated well apparatus located onsite appeared to be in sound working condition. There were no erosion or sedimentation issues. The area around the pad was restored and meets the 70% uniform vegetative coverage.
