Left a message again and have got no response back. Bob called back about 5 PM, stating that he still owns the lease. I gave him the Vol, Page where cancellation is recorded and told him to contact lawyer to clarify - I would only give him 1-2 months at the most to have the wells producing and he thought he could do that. He believes 2 full tanks of oil but I told him probably more water than oil. Went out to lease this day to collect pictures, final inspection to begin process for Chief's Orders. From reviewing courthouse records, I believe he has no other option but to plug wells. | ||||

I left a message on Mayor's phone and Bob called me back at 4:45 PM and left message. The landowner, Judy Knorr-Munchmeyer cancelled lease on 9/27/12 as recorded in Vol 532 OR, page 2111. He is still claiming ownership, according to his message, but his only option is to plug wells. | ||||

There are no tracks or footprints to indicate anyone has been to well. Lower set of tanks now has ID"s up but chart in meter still says 2003. Records show well last produced in 2003. Load line coming downhill from upper set of tanks is rotten thru as it crosses over the creek - this was their loading line for upper tanks. Fittings down at road have been disconnected indicating not possible to sell gas. Have made many phone calls to Mr. Bob Brenneman - still no response. 6/23/11 - No change, farmer in this day mowing -he confirms wells not producing - I agree after inspection. | NONE | |||
