1134333874 2014-08-25 On the day of my inspection we continued to plug the well. Spotting the lime plug at 3120 feet to 2862 feet. Set plug at 1220 feet to 952 feet. set plug at 795 feet to 595 feet , and set plug at 200 feet to 0 feet. Plugging complete.
1371641949 2013-06-17 I arrived on location and found all valves on well have been shut-in.Chart box is unhooked and not in use, I checked production reports and found well has been idle since 1999. Make well capable of commercial production within 30 days ; or plugging is required within 90 days. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of bond. NONE
1406209504 2014-07-24 On the day of my inspection I found the well to be idle. The valves were in the off position. A 100 bbl tank was in an earthen dike . The tank appears to be leaking at the 3 inch load line valve. The last reported production to the Division of Oil and Gas Resource Management was in the year of 1999. An NOV was issued on 6/19/2013 with a remedy date of 7/19/2013. A chief's order will be requested. I contacted Troy with Enervest on the matter of the tank.
1408836986 2014-08-21 On the date of inspection I accompanied ODNR Inspector Randy Akins to set the bottom plug in the well and oversee removal on production equipment. Refer to Randy Akins report for further details.
1408968213 2014-08-22 On the day of my inspection I found ChipCo continuing to plug well. The 2 7/8 tubing was shot off at 3210 feet. The 2 7/8 tubing was removed from the wellbore and the 1 1/2 tubing was ran back in the wellbore to spot the cement plugs.
