1395420816 2014-03-21 My inspection found the well production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a heat, treated separator. The dike met containment requirements. A bull plug was installed on the load line. An identification sign was properly posted. A domestic gas line came off the sales line at the separator. All production equipment spacing was in compliance. The lease road was in stable condition with a closed gate. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
