12700479 2014-03-03 I was on location to check compliance to Chief's Order 2014-43. My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The valve leading to the flow line from the well was open. There was a domestic flow line coming off the 4.5" casing. There was a 2" poly flow line sticking out of the ground located approximately 100' north of the well. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 30 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The flow line valve leading from the separator was open. The production chart was located on the sale line north of the tank battery. The sale line valves located before and after the production chart were open. There was no date on the production chart. The lease road was in stable condition. Photos were taken of all the production equipment. The well being in production was a direct violation with Chief's Order 2014-43. The well needs to be shut-in and the flow line must be buried a minimum of 24" immediately. 9-10-05
