1367865625 2013-05-03 I was on location to witness the plugging of this oil and gas well. Nick's Well Plugging is the contractor doing the plug job for Summit Oil. Nick's stripped the rods out of the hole, rigged up, and set the Clinton plug through the 2" tubing with 25 sacks of cement. The tubing was removed from the well. The well was shut-in from Friday until Monday morning. No violations.
1826263959 2012-07-16 On 7/16/2012, I completed a production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well was a pumping unit that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank, with the proper identification posted, one 50 barrel brine storage tank, and a separator. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition, there are no violations at this time.
