-1938010584 2009-01-06 The last reported production from this well was in 1997. The tank battery is overgrown and the well is incapable of production. The well must either be placed back in production or plugged and abandoned. NONE
1144349363 2006-04-04 Status check inspection found overgrown vegetation with oil and brine staining inside of the tank battery. The condition of the 210 bbl stock tank is marginal at best. Staining indicated that the bottom of the tank may be bad. I contacted John Stropoli with G&O and requested that they empty, clean, remove and inspect the 210 bbl tank. Replace if necessary. Also remove and properly dispose impacted soil in the tank battery. 9-1-07
1985531234 2006-04-18 The required equipment removal and spill remediation have been completed. 9-1-07
207901770 2009-10-14 The well was plugged and abandoned. The violation is corrected.
