-1082758553 2004-08-10 Site is 60% cleaned up. The site still needs additional remediation. I called and left a message for John Firko.
-1207847892 2004-07-15 N.O.V. has NOT been resolved. Water level is down; vegetation is dead; surrounding field has been cut. Access to the release area is very good for starting clean up. Call John Firko.
-358971475 2004-10-12 N.O.V. has not been resolved. I called Paul Cramer (Power Gas) and told him that the location is very dry and that he can access the east side of the former release to clean it up.
-713514179 2008-11-20 Located access road. I met with a North Coast pumper at the location. The access road appears to be the driveway to a newer home (gray, 1-story, on the west side). Also, when the home (white, 1-story, on the east side) was being built, the excavator hit the well flow line.
1079025121 2004-03-10 Investigated a possible line leak reported (3-8-04) by Doug Bruner (740-685-3064). Doug Bruner had informed Power Gas of the possible leak, but he didn't feel they were responding. Met Inspector Jonnie Patrick at the site. He had been called by Power Gas on 3-10-04, telling him the release was in Columbiana Co. Power Gas had repaired the line on the morning of 3-10-04. An area 150' x 150' was affected (GPS location 40.85877, 81.09348). There was oil on the vegetation and on the ponded water in the field. The release was contained in the 150' x 150' area. Discussed the method of clean-up with John Firko (Power Gas). Took digital photos of the release. Informed Doug Bruner of the findings. Will monitor the clean-up. 9-1-07
1096314715 2004-09-27 Line leak clean up is still not finished. Will call John Firko or Paul Cramer.
1098314391 2004-10-20 N.O.V. has been RESOLVED. The release has been cleaned up and the crude stained soil and vegetation has been removed from the site and placed at Power Gas's facility.
1888678807 2004-05-12 Visited the location with Wayne Schalk, Tom Tugend, and Tom Hines. The cleanup from the line leak repair has not been completed.
426226869 2004-05-04 Clean up has not been completed. Call John Firko.
916857163 2004-08-31 The site still needs additional clean-up of stained soil and vegetation.
972495950 2004-03-25 No additional clean up has been done. N.O.V. is UNRESOLVED.
