-1331880030 2014-08-19 I was on location to follow up to complaint #4522. I met with the landowner on location and the complainant is happy with the work that has been done to the location. The location has been seeded and the well plugged by Chipco LLC. At this time complaint #4522 can be closed.
1383682756 2013-11-04 I performed an inspection of this API# in regards to complaint #4522. The landowner stated they received a letter from Enervest regarding this well that is supposed to be on their property. The landowner has stated that they have never seen a well on their property. Although there is an old lease road next to their property and a pole for which the sales line was located. I was unable to find any signs of a well on their property and with the giving GPS coordinates. I will contact Enervest to check and see if this well may have been plugged before the sale from Great Lakes Energy occurred.
1391092847 2014-01-24 I was on location to perform an inspection of this well in regards to complaint #4522. Complainant stated that she was unaware there was a well on her property until she received a letter from

Enervest stating this well was on her property and that they needed tax information. She found on her property a pipe sticking out of the ground and a pole, but no other equipment. I was unable to locate the well until I was escorted to the well by Bob, an Enervest Pumper. I confirmed the well was on their property and took updated GPS coordinates. There is no associated tank battery that can be found for the well. There is no identification and the lease road is gated with a wire but inaccessible to vehicle due to overgrowth. The well has 4.5" casing sticking out of the ground with a valve that is currently closed. There are some flow lines nearby the well but it cannot be identified were they are going. This well has not shown production since 2002 and is incapable of production. This well must be plugged or produced.
