Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1397945218 2011-03-30 I talked with Jerry Hopkins about this well. The well was vandalized last year, but it is still producing gas thru the casing. The electric line will be reconnected and the pumping unit will be repaired. I.D. signs have been posted. The Compliance Notice has been RESOLVED.
-1622706826 2011-03-10 I met with Troy Wells (Enervest) to locate and inspect this well. There were no violations observed at the tank battery. There was a new I.D. sign on the tank battery, but it was not filled in. The electric line to the pumping unit was down and disconnected. The pumping unit was overgrown with vegetation and partially flooded by the nearby rising stream. The pumping unit gear box was open and filled with debris. There was no I.D. sign at the wellhead. The well is idle. PLUG or PRODUCE this well and post an I.D. sign at the wellhead.
