-499414412 2008-05-14 I received a call from the landowner southeast of the wellhead reporting oil in his back yard. I called Mitch Fitch who reported that they had a leak in a flowline and lost approximately 1 bbl of oil. They scraped the surface and spread peat and straw. What the landowner through was oil apparently was the oil and peat. The area is wet and Enervest would like to wait until the affected area has dried so that the work can properly be done. 9-1-07
1534031796 2008-06-04 The affected area is still too wet to effectively reclaim. The site will continue to be monitored.
287129073 2008-09-23 The affected area has been graded and seeded and the grass is growing. The violation is corrected.
