-226470206 2014-03-11 I conducted a status check inspection of this Clinton well. My inspection found the well operating with the aid of a plunger lift system. The tank battery was diked and contained a 100 barrel steel tank and a brine vault. A horizontal separator and a fire heated, horizontal separator were located to the east of the tank battery and wellhead and meet set back requirements. The proper ID is posted at the wellhead. No violations.
