1429707390 2014-03-16 I received a call from Joe Teppirt (Enervest) on 3/15/15 about a small leak from a tank in the tank battery at this location. I arrived this morning and met with the pumper, Scott Fleishman, and inspected the tank battery and equipment. The 210 barrel tank for this well formed several pinholes four (4) feet above the base of the tank and leaked less than a quart of oil on the ground inside the containment dike. Scott was soaking the oil up with absorbent pads. We inspected the pond 40' to the east and no oil was found in the pond or outside containment. Enervest is going to empty the tank and replace it with a 100 barrel tank. No violations.
1675103378 2014-05-21 Status check inspection of this Clinton well. The wellhead is fenced and is equipped with an electric pumping unit. Gauges indicate 60psi on the tubing and 30psi on the casing. There is a domestic hook-up on the flow line and ID is posted at the wellhead. The tank battery is diked and contains 2-210 barrel tanks, 1-100 barrel tank, and 2 vertical separators. The battery is diked and the posted IDs indicate that PN# 4236 produces to 1-210 barrel tank and this well and PN# 3847 produce to the other 210 barrel tank. I found no violations at this time.

It appears that there has been some effort by Great Lakes to remediate the spill. There is still however, dead vegetation east of the tank battery. I spok

-572022670 2003-09-18 The pollution violation has been corrected. No other violations at this time.

It appears that there has been some effort by Great Lakes to remediate the spill. There is still however, dead vegetation east of the tank battery. I spoke with John Fleming about this site and will meet with him to discuss remediation.
