Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1346346997 2012-08-30 My inspection today finds the well is equipped with 4.5 casing and 1.5 tubing, rods, and a pump jack. The pump jack has no motor and the valves are shut. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl tank, a meter, and a separator. The dike is adequate and the identification is proper. There appears to be a domestic gas supply at the well head.
243825861 2012-12-06 I met Mr. Love on location. The well is equipped with 4.5 casing, 1.5 tubing, rods, and a pump jack. The production valves are closed. There is a domestic gas hook up at the well head. I could hear gas flowing through the regulator at the time of my inspection. Mr. Love stated that he used the gas to heat a dwelling on the farm, but the well frequently ran out of gas. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl tank, a 50 bbl plastic tank, a meter, and a separator.
