1150497198 2006-06-12 Inspected site found well to be shut in,called and talked to company rep Dick Sulsberger about why well is shut in he stated that they were awaiting on gas line to be repaired.
1339692950 2012-06-14 Inspection of the well head found the following equipment -8.625 surface casing -4.5 production casing & 2.375 tubing with the production valves closed and the well set up to be produced by the means of a plunger lift system . A single 100 barrel tank sits on location near the well head in an established dike with no well identification present . Inspector will note several inquiries have been made to company about the well being idle over the past couple of years by the lead inspector Dave Ball and a landowner complaint was filed on said well .
1861552802 2004-06-22 Complaint by landowner Sharon Fuhrer of idle well in her front yard inspected site found all valves at wellhead shut, contacted company to inquire about well company rep stated that well is shut in due to sales line repair awaiting contractor to repair line.
476403799 2008-12-31 Inspection revealed that well is equipped with tubing(2") possibly set on packer and 1-100 bbl tank within dike area.
