-1257949260 2013-07-03 Compliance Action Follow-up 851545839: Identification has been posted on the tank but there has been no resolution to any of the other issues. I called and left a message with Tim Altier.
1878199840 2013-09-09 Compliance Action Follow-up 851545839: There are no issues to report at this time.
851545839 2013-05-07 Upon inspection, I found well in production. There was no legible identification on the tank at the road or at the wellhead. Fluid was running through plastic line into tank when I arrive to location. Gas was venting/leaking from 1" valve on the wellhead. Production has not been reported to the state since 2007. Operator must fix gas issue at wellhead, post legible id, and get current production into the state. I called and left a message with Tim Altier explaining the issues. 5/15/2013: Tim stated that he will look into the production issue but said he had already turned in all of his production prior to March 31st. He will get identification posted on the wells after memorial day weekend. 9-9-05(A)10
