-1834821771 2014-04-23 Inspected production well on 04/23/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-210 bbl steel tanks and a horizontal separator. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is posted for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Gurgling can be heard from the wellhead, as well as a strong odor of gas. No identification is posted at the wellhead. Jason with S & S Energy was notified of these issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
5979421 2002-05-16 Pump jack well is currently shut in due to leaking flow line. Last reported production in 2001. Small gas leak at well head needs to be repaired and minor oil staining around well head needs to be remediated. The 210 bbl stock tank also has fresh oil at the base which needs to be addressed.
