-1534768421 2012-03-13 On 3/13/2012, DNR Inspector Richard Skidmore completed a production well inspection status check for DNR Inspector Chris Grimm. My inspection of the well head found the ball valve on the outlet of the plunger lift (rabbit) unit closed. There are two domestic gas meters at the well head. A review of the well's history revealed no production for 2010. The lease road, tank battery, and well head locations are in compliance with 1501:9-9-05. Inspection passed.
-205382981 2010-07-06 I performed a random field inspection. I GPS'd both the tank battery and the wellhead for the first time. I continued to walk around both the wellhead and the tank battery. This inspection satisfies 1501:9-9-05. There were no violations at this time.
