-680823266 2009-05-12 I performed a random field inspection. I walked around the tank battery and the wellhead and found no violations at this time.
1269258088 2010-03-17 I received an anonymous call about the future domestic owner of this well. The concern was that the owner, Mr. Dale Yeager of 9150 Osyter road, would not dispose of the brine properly or do something else to dispose of the brine. I stopped by the house on 3/171/0 but no one was home. I will try back later.
309722794 2010-03-19 I tried to see Mr. Yeager again this morning. I talked to both Mr. And Mrs. Dale Yeager about the responsibility of there domestic well and if they needed any assistance to call me. I left them my business card. This case is resolved.
787501610 2011-04-27 I received a call from Bart Russell, BLM special enforcement agent of the Mineral Management Assetment team(405-833-6322) in Oklahoma City Okalahoma about this well. The BLM has partial mineral rights on this well. But the landowner does not see it that way. He wanted to ask me if the well is a domestic well. He had never heard of a Domestic well. I explained what a domestic well was. Last year 4/9/10 Everflow Eastern sold this well to Mr. Dale L and Judith A Yeager of 9150 N. Oyster road in North Benton. I inspected the well on 3/19/10 with no violations. The form 7 was filled out and sent in to Columbus. The well was transferred at that time.
938881213 2004-06-10 The tank battery is shared with permit 2460 and consists of 2-100 bbl storage tanks, 2-separators, 1-50 bbl salt water tank and a dike.
