1335189759 2012-04-19 On 4/19/2012, I completed a production well inspection status check for DNR Inspector Chris Grimm. My inspection found the well head was a plunger lift unit that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil/brine tank with the proper identification posted and a separator. I found no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition and there are no violations at this time.
