1059063831 2003-07-24 I&O case # 03-008. Located abandoned well in crop field. Well is equipped with 7" casing with a 7" to 2" swedge. Casing is deteriorated due to the high concentration of H2S gas. Gas scope went off scale for H2S. Last reading is 200ppm. Unable to locate American Energy Corp. Landowner, Bill Born wants the well plugged. Neighbors are complaining about the odor of gas.
