| Talked to Chip Smith (well owner) today at 9:42 am. We discussed the Idle well violations on his wells. He took over the wells to plug them for salvage. Chip told me that he is working a deal with North Coast Energy to plug some of their wells also. He plans to start plugging as soon as it dries out. I told chip that I had not seen any plug permits issued for his wells. He said that the permits will be filled with in a week.
