Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION_COMMENT
-1274591233 2004-02-12 checked pit NO violation
-1494132426 2010-04-22 There were no violations at the time of inspection.
-1525223018 2013-03-01 The unit is comprised of a two-tank battery (1 210-barrel production and 1 100-barrel brine) plus a 500-gallon poly tank. The wellhead includes a pump jack. The well is currently in production. The tank and well spacing is in accordance with 1509:9-9-05 . Unit identification is present and legible at the tank battery. I did not observe any leaks, spills, or other signs of contamination. The battery is shared with the Losely-Preston # 1 Unit. No violations noted.
-1918119301 2014-08-06 I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 02/15/2004. The unit is producing and production reports are current. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and pump jack. The wellhead is located within the overall confines of a commercial nursery facility. The well and battery are accessed via shared, unpaved roads within the facility. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 210-barrel production tank, 1 100-barrel production tank, 1 25-barrel poly brine tank, and 2 horizontal separators. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The wellhead is not enclosed. The battery is shared with the #2-1093 unit. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The secondary containment at the battery is very low on the west side, and would be insufficient to contain a significant release. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. The wellhead does not have an ID and is located remotely from the battery. I notified Broad Street Energy about the signage and containment deficiencies.
