-1441137926 2013-11-21 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the spill which was reported last night had been cleaned up. As a cement bulk truck was being spotted the fuel tank came in contact with the metal berm ramp rupturing the tank. 10 gallons of fuel was released, 9 gallons inside containment and 1 gallon outside. Berm repairs are completed and contaminated stone has been removed, placed in roll off container and replaced with fresh stone. No violations.

1387382980 2013-12-18 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Nomac Drilling Rig #310 had reached a total depth of 7440 feet and Franks Casing Crew had just finished running 7440 feet of 9.625 inch 473#/ft. N-80 casing. Singray Cementing LLC was onsite and preparing to do a two stage cement job on the casing.
1387902240 2013-12-24 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Nomac Drilling Rig #310 had completed their curve and was drilling ahead in the lateral with an 8.5 inch diameter bit on 12lb mud at 9544 feet with a planned td of 17700 feet. Containments were in good shape with all the rain water pumped out and removed from site. Erosion control as requested was in place on the northeast side of the pad.
1388416265 2013-12-30 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Nomac Drilling Rig #310 drilling ahead in the lateral on 12.6 mud at 16998 feet with an estimated td of 17646 feet with 5.5 inch production casing and cementing to follow. Site inspection revealed no violations.
1388763915 2014-01-03 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Nomac Drilling Rig #310 drilled an 8.5 inch diameter hole to the depth of 17646 feet and Wyoming Casing Crew ran and set 17643 feet of 5.5 inch 23#/ft P-110 casing. Universal Well Service was on site and gained circulation with 70bbls of mud flush and 84bbls of fresh water. Began cementing casing with a lead of 815 sacks of 50/50 Poz cement due to time had to leave. Received phone call at 8:25pm during before the start of the tail cement Universal bulk truck broke down and lead cement had to be flushed back to surface. At that time they went back on mud circulating the hole waiting on new cement and new equipment to arrive and then they were to begin the job again.
1389021214 2014-01-06 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the long string cement job was completed yesterday 1/5/14 after unsuccessful job on 1/3/15. Nomac Drilling Rig #310 is skidding back to the Darla 2-22H to drill the lateral. BOP testing will be done this afternoon with drilling out the shoe track to follow.
