1103209312 2014-08-26 My inspection today found Poulson Drilling to have reached 3492'. The company has no issues to report while drilling the previous 3492'. The location is in stable condition and the pits are in good repair. No violations found.
1358766347 2015-05-04 My inspection found the well in production. There is still two piles of soil at the south end of the location. The tank battery is in good repair and the lease road is in stable condition. I spoke with Ron the excavator for Excalibur about spreading the soil and getting the soil seeded and strawed. He will complete the restoration within the next couple of weeks. Once vegetation is established preliminary restoration can be passed.
1408976060 2014-08-23 I received a call from Roy Poulson from PDC Drilling that they had spudded the well at 8:30 AM on 8/23/2014.
1532350322 2014-11-18 My inspection found the well to be equpped with a pumpjack. The well is currently being produced. The tank battery has been completed and consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. There is top soil piled on the West side of the location. In the spring the topsoil needs spread and vegetation needs established. Once that is complete preliminary restoration can be passed.
-665179937 2014-09-17 My inspection found the well has a guage and pop off valve on the annulus. The guage reads zero psi. The pits are open and in stable condition. The pit liners are in good repair. There is four 500 BBL tanks on location for the company to hydraulic fracture the well on Friday. Hagans Well Service is setting up the service rig on location. The location is in stable condition. No violations found.
-770365110 2014-08-25 My inspection found Poulson Drilling to have reached 2400'. The company reported no issue while drilling the previous 2400'. The site is in stable condition. The pit liners are in good repair. No violations found.
99351821 2014-08-23 I was on location for the cementing of the 8 5/8 surface casing. The hole was drilled to 400'. The casing was set to 382'. The landing joint was set to 362'. Petroset was the cement company on location. Petroset broke circulation and ran 175 sacks of Class A cement that mudscaled at 15.6 ppg. The plug was released and displaced using 23 bbls of water. The plug landed and was pressured up on for five minutes. The amount of cement returns was 13 bbls. The location is in stable condition. The lease road is stoned back to where the tank battery will be located. The road from the end of the stone to the well site is approximately 200' and is in stable condition. The pits are stable and the liner is in good repair. The top soil is piled at the South side of the location. The cellar is constructed of a 4'6 plastic pipe. No violations found.
