The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.

1507864909 2011-06-29 Well currently produced off of a swedge. Battery has a 210Bbl production tank and a mechanical separator. Well site has been returned to pasture. Lease road is stable and constructed out of rock. Lease road is also a driveway for a residence. Tank battery is in good repair. Dike is sufficient. Production tank is 50 feet from the berm of RT 168. Spacing is correct. Dike has a drain pipe in it, the drain has a riser pipe to prevent leaking.
1635760940 2008-10-02 On site for surface cement. Lease road is stable. Road plow on site to clean road. Operator ran 431' of R-3 23lb new pipe. 6 barrel return of cement to surface, 4 barrels of cement was good quality first two were thin. Berea bottom was 377'. Cement head was leaking, cement held at surface then fell when head began to leak. Operator attempted to stop leak, leak had slowed within 5 minutes after plug down. Plug was down at 10:20am. Operator can break off at 6:20pm. Tank battery is under construction. Measured distance of production tank to traveled portion of RT 168, tank is 50' from the berm of the road.
