1188908590 2007-09-04 Tank battery has two drain pipes installed east side of battery and the south. Called company and issued an NOV for the pipes. Neither pipe have caps on them to prevent the escape of brine and oil if a leak occurs. Area around the well head needs repair seeding to prevent erosion. Pit area needs soil treated and seeded to establish vegetation. There is sedimentation behind the well head. That follows a drainage cut to the east. Sedimentation is deposited in the woods away from the site. Called Tim Riley at the time of inspection and informed him of the issues. Will re-check site on Thursday of this week.
