The tank battery and well are in good repair and are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and two mechanical separators. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition.

Landowner said that the grass is dead which is the draiage ditch (east to west) in this area two trees looked stressed one pine is the other possible ash. This well surface casing was set (09/07/2005).No violation pit in good shape no fluid loss in ether drilling or pits. The company had taken steps to remove soil along the drainage area and seeded area Company plans to check area in spring for vegatation cover will redo if needed and also replace trees . No evidence to show that brine was dumped in area.

Walked area 500 feet west of site. There is a complaint in the area of Stockbridge Drive of a petroleum product on the surface of the water. Material in the ditch appears to be refined oil or fuel. Cl- in the water in the ditch was 83ppm. No brine scalding or crude oil noted west of the well and tank battery. No leaks noted at the well or the tank battery.
