Landowner said that the grass is dead which is the draiage ditch (east to west) in this area two trees looked stressed one pine is the other possible ash. This well surface casing was set (09/07/2005).No violation pit in good shape no fluid loss in ether drilling or pits. The company had taken steps to remove soil along the drainage area and seeded area Company plans to check area in spring for vegatation cover will redo if needed and also replace trees . No evidence to show that brine was dumped in area. |
