-427802913 2013-09-09 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and the tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery is surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 50 BBL poly brine tank, and two mechanical separators. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The tank battery and lease road is being shared by permit number 2-1524.
1298387015 2011-01-18 On 210 Bbls tank and 1500 gal poly tank in the battery. Lease road was stable.
564232503 2012-09-27 The unit consists of a 2-tank battery (TB) with 2 mechanical separators located in a 6-foot chainlink fence. The unit shares the TB with the #1524 unit. The spacing is in accordance with the rule. I could not locate the wellhead. I did not observe any signs of leaking product or gas vapors. The gate needs a lock and dike weeds need cut. The tank battery dike is adequate. I contacted Tom Havraenk at Enervest regarding maintenance. He indicated that the maintenance would be done in the next month.
