-1780446380 2008-04-14 Tom Hill and I performed a random field inspection. The ID sign was posted and the tank battery was in good shape. There were no violations at this time.
1208544295 2008-04-14 Tank battery is overgrown. Permit sign is up. Tank battery fence is in good repair. Called John Flemming requested that the tank battery be cleaned up. Asked John when the well was going to be put into production. John stated that the mining operator had hit the flow line. Well is shut in. Handle to the chart house is rusted shut. Separator is in poor condition. Mental cover was laying on the ground. No production has been reported since 2000. Follow up inspection will be completed the next time IM site is inspected.
506012177 2014-01-09 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The valves on the wellhead are closed. Production records show no production since 2000. I could not find a tank battery for the well. I will contact the company about the issues with this well.
