1291829009 2010-12-03 bValves at the well going to the separator are closed. Valves at the separator are closed. Well is not in production. No production reported last year. Identification sign needs posted. Site was snow covered. Dike appeared to be in good repair. No leaks noted. One 210Bbl on location and a mechanical separator. Well is a concoil well.
252321401 2014-07-22 I was on location on 7/22/2014 to witness the plugging of this oil and gas well. Nick's Well Plugging is the contractor doing the plug job for Enervest. Nick's rigged up, and set the Clinton plug through the 4.5" casing with 30 sacks of cement and 50 pounds of cottonseed hulls. The plug was displaced and the well pressured up to 1200 psi and was shut-in for one hour. Nicks proceeded to rip the casing at 2730'. Nicks then pulled 4 joints of 4.5" casing to 2550'. Nick's rigged up, broke circulation, and pumped 86 sacks of Class A cement to cover the top of the Big Lime. Nick's pulled 49 joints of 4.5" casing to 518'. Nick's rigged up, broke circulation, and pumped 60 sacks of Class A cement to cover the bottom of the surface casing. Nick's pulled 8 joints of 4.5" casing to 200'. Nick's rigged up, broke circulation and ran 62 sacks of Class A Cement to the top of the hole. Cement was circulated to the surface. The remaining 5 joints of 4.5" casing was removed from the well and the hole was topped off with cement. A total of 66 joints of 4.5", 10.5lb casing was recovered during the job. GPS coordinates are +/- 8.
298970960 2013-11-12 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a concoil wellhead. The valves on the wellhead are shut. The flow line from the well leading into the separator has been disconnected. The valves on the separator are closed. The two house meters coming off of the separator are shut in. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank and a mechanical separator. Production records show the last year of reported production was 2008. The tank battery has the proper identification on it. The lease road is in stable condition. I will contact Mr. McDaniel, a supervisor for Enervest about the well. The well shall be placed back into production in 90 days. If the well is not producible a plugging permit shall be obtained within 90 days and the well shall be plugged within 180 days of this compliance action. NONE
