-1022124079 2013-11-18 My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well is in good repair and surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank and a 100 BBL brine tank. There are two mechanical separators 100 ft North of the tank battery. The proper identification is located on the tank battery and the wellhead. The lease road is in stable condition.
159935772 2014-04-23 I was on location at the request of the landowner stating that the well has not produced for a couple of years. My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The demco valve and the flow line valve on the wellhead are both closed. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank and a 100 BBL brine tank. There are two mechanical separators 100 ft away from the tank battery. The valve from the flow line leading into the separator is closed. The sales line is being used to supply gas to the golf course. The proper identification is located on the tank battery and the wellhead. The lease road is in stable condition. Production has been reported for the well even though the well has been shut in for multiple years. I spoke with the well tender Dan Reagan and his supervisor Kyle Ahbel and both claim the well has not produced for over 2 to 3 years. I spoke with Kyle Ahbel from Enervest about the compliance notice being issued. The well shall be plugged within 180 days of this notice. NONE
