1424364050 2015-02-19 I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead is located in a grassy area near the police station. Fittings and connections are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The enclosure gate is locked. The hasp to the tank battery gate is broken and the gate is open. Otherwise, the fittings and connections at both the wellhead and battery are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. Load-outs are plugged. ID signage is present. Secondary containment is present and intact. I advised Tony Carlyle, well tender for Equity, about the maintenance issue.

-1863306643 2014-03-25 The unit is comprised of a mechanical plunger lift unit in a chain-link enclosure and an aboveground storage tank (ASTP) battery in a separate chain-link enclosure, located behind the maintenance garage. The battery is shared with the #21842 and the #21841 units. The battery is comprised of 4 100-barrel production tanks, a 25-barrel poly brine tank and 2 separators. The battery secondary containment is good. The load-outs are bull-plugged and gate is locked. The tanks require a spark arrestor. I will contact Equity about it. Otherwise, the unit is good shape. No problems noted.

450988947 2012-12-03 My visit to the well today was to perform an Urban Preliminary Restoration inspection. This is a rabbit well and the wellhead is enclosed in a chain link structure. The wellhead is neat and clean and free of debris or liquids. The fence is secured by locks. The tank battery is a shared structure with P#2-1841 and P#2-1842. The tank battery is a chain link fence structure and is secured by locks. Each well has one 100BBL storage tank and one 50 BBL brine tank. Caps are closed and secure and a vent system is in place. A charcoal filter is installed on the tanks and a separator is present for the well, and a metering run is installed. There are pick up lines in place and they are secured with bull head plugs and locks. No violations are noted and all required restoration has been completed. Well is in compliance. Urban Preliminary Restoration is passed.
