| I was on site to check the status of the drilling pits. My inspection revealed that the drilling pits have been closed and the location rough graded. The well has been complted and is producing at this time. Inspection of the tank battery revealed that there is one 210 barrel oil storage tank and a mechanical separator. Mu inspection revealed no violations at this time.

| I was on site for a pre-construction meeting with Mike Burkhart (Enervest) and Matt (Ellison Dozer/ Backhoe Service). Mike Burkhart advised that they would start on this location when Ellison was finished building the Syler-MaGee site on Bedrock Road. We looked over the aerial maps, the plat map, and the drilling permit conditions. We inspected the area of the proposed lease road entrance (approximately 168 feet east of Keno Road on the South side of State Route 171). Enervest has all the required ODOT permits for the proposed lease road entrance. We walked along the corn field and Mike Burkhart advised that the lease road would run along the corn field and the property line/ tree line. He advised Matt (Ellison Dozer/Backhoe Service) that all trees that were cut down had to be stockpiled for the landowner and the tops/branches had to be run through a chipper. We didn't walk to the wellsite because we needed to return to the Syler-MaGee site to meet with Highlands Drilling Toolpusher (Alvin Wilson). My inspection revealed no violations at this time.
