Allied oil and gas services, LLC was onsite to cement casing in place using a class A cement with 2%CaCl and .25#/sk floseal. Returns were viewed in cellar and 13 barrels of cement were returned to surface.
-746968022 2014-10-21 Falcon 38 drilled a 24x446' open hole. Previous casing set was 26x100 conductor. Rig ran 20x417' of surface casing (94#/ft). Casing was centralized with 5 centralizers and a basket was set at 373'. Company man said they did not lose circulation while drilling. Baker-Hughes is onsite with 473 sks of class A (15.6ppg; 1.21 yield). 30% excess ran. Cement additives include 2% CaCl and .25#/sk celloflake. 136 bbl freshwater used to displace. 20 bbl of cement returns to surface.
