-13547948 2013-08-22 My inspection showed no evidence of the well, tank(s), separator or line associated with this permit number at the lat/long indicated in RBDMS, which placed the site 10 feet in from the edge of a soybean field. Nearby, I found 11" casing rising 6 feet from the ground with a valve at the top (41.85255, 80.56897). I could smell gas against the casing. The area around the well has been graded and vegetation has been re-established. The lease road has been removed and vegetation has been re-established. I contacted Clarence Tussel (operator) by cell at 440-645-7639 and he informed me that this is his son's property and the Plugged and Abandoned well is how they want it.
