| Routine inspection of this storage well which is being replugged since it was partially plugged back to 4800' in 2014. The well was originally drilled with 7" casing ran, later reworked with 4 1/2" casing cemented to surface with all 7" left in the hole. During this replugging the operator intends to address annular flow by milling window in the 4 1/2", spotting resin and squeezing, mill window uphole for purpose of accessing 7" casing for perf and squeeze behind the 7". At the time of inspection, the rig is on location rigged up on the well.  No crew was on location at the time of inspection. The cellar was full of water outside of 10 3/4" surface casing. No bubbling was observed. 4 1/2" casing is lined out to choke/ gas buster tank. BOP is installed. Tubing is in the hole TIW. I called the operator and found out the crew had to go on another job and is expected to return Friday or next week to resume operations. No obvious major issues were observed.

| A routine inspection of a storage well which is being replugged after after initial plugging attempt in 2014. A rig is on location for final plug and abandonment. Rig is down at time of inspection waiting on equipment in preparation of milling a window 4 1/2" casing to spot resin and squeeze annulus. I spoke with the plugging contractor and discussed the well history, plugging procedure and objectives. No obvious major issues were observed during this inspection.

| A routine inspection of a storage well which is being replugged after after initial plugging attempt in 2014. A rig is on location for final plug and abandonment. I met with the plugging contractor to discuss operations on the pad. The rig successfully milled window in 4 1/2" production casing as planned. They ran in with tubing on packer above the window and shut in overnight. Tubing reportedly pressured to 90 PSI overnight indicating they accessed the gas by milling the window. The rig is on standby for squeeze work while the cement company and operator line out negotiations. No obvious major issues were observed.

| A routine inspection of a storage well which is being replugged after after initial plugging attempt in 2014. A rig is on location for final plug and abandonment. The rig has been on standby during recent weeks during negotiations with the cement company. At the time of inspection, no crew was onsite. The plugging and rig contractor were on location. Squeeze work on 4 1/2" casing window was scheduled for today but just got pushed back to tomorrow. No obvious major issues were observed.

| A routine inspection of a storage well which is being replugged after after initial plugging attempt in 2014 was conducted September 12, 2018. A rig is on location for final plug and abandonment. Cementers are rigged down and pulling off location after spotting squeeze resin in the wellbore. I met with the plugging contractor to discuss depths and volumes relating to the job. The resin was spotted in 4 1/2" casing across 20' window in casing (4603'-4623'). Well diagnostics conducted previously have revealed the window has communication with gas zone of interest. A retainer has been set at 4273'. Cementers pumped approximately 6 bbls of resin, displaced to retainer with water, stung out of retainer and reverse circulate to clear out any potential residual resin above retainer. Rigged down cementers, rigged up test truck to pressure up for hesitation squeeze. Starting squeeze pressure was 2300 PSI. Saw very little bleed off and increased pressure in increments up to 2900 PSI where pressure appears to be holdin

| Rig is on location for final plug and abandonment (re-plug). The rig is milling window in 4 1/2" casing above retainer set for squeeze last week, in order to have access to 7" casing for perf and squeeze on 7". The operator and main plugging contractor are not on location. I inspected resin samples from last weeks squeeze work. No obvious major issues were observed at this time.

| Rig is on location for final plug and abandonment (re-plug). Halliburton are rigged up for resin squeeze, pressure testing pump iron when I arrived on location. They bled off, I walked over and met with the operator and plugging contractor to discuss recent operations and today's squeeze procedure. Since last window/squeeze, they moved uphole to cut additional window in the 4 1/2" from 4210'-4222' to allow access to the 7" casing which was then  perforated for today's squeeze work. The crew unhooked service line, tried to sting into retainer, could not sting in. Rigged up service line and pumped. Since they could not sting into the retainer, they will run in with a packer on the workstring so they can execute the squeeze as intended. No obvious major issues were observed.

| Routine inspection following last squeeze attempt as a part of a re-plugging project. Window was cut in 4 1/2" casing  from 1130'-1140' to access 7" casing where it was cut at 1132', 1135' and 1138' for resin squeeze on the 7" x 10 3/4" annulus. 8 bbls resin were pumped with 55 bbls squeezed reportedly. At the time of inspection, no one was on location. Tubing is in the hole, shut in with analog gauge. 10 3/4" lined out to the edge of pad via steel hose. No obvious visible significant flow or venting was observed on the 10 3/4". No obvious issues were observed during this inspection.

| A routine inspection of this re-plugged well was conducted November 27, 2018. At the time of inspection, the recently re-plugged well is in a 4-5' fenced off depression. Casing is cut off and open and there are two annular vents extending above ground level. There was no visible or audible venting or discharge observed. The area surrounding the well was snow-covered; no evidence of discharge was observed. Access to the well is somewhat limited at this time. No obvious issues were observed.

| A routine (post-plugging) inspection of the RW 66 was conducted December 14, 2018. The plugged well was recently re-plugged by the operator. At the time of inspection, the plugged well is buried and the well cellar has been filled with material. There were three 2" candy cane vent pipes extending upward approximately 7' above ground level, one of which was marked with The permit number and (re)plug date (11/6/2018). There was no visible or audible venting observed. No open holes or discharge was observed. There were no obvious immediate issues observed at this time.
