| Rabbit well. Preliminary vegetation very rough.
| Pre-operational inspection performed. Perimeter E&S controls had been installed as outlined in the E&S plan contained within the ESCGP.  There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road.  It was noted on the right as you enter the well pad from the access road between the silt sock and the well pad the property owner had seeded the area with soybeans.

| Inspection conducted at the request of Jeff Fry. Inspection revealed erosion is occurring on the lease road from the tank battery to the well head. Well site has sparse vegetation and erosion is occurring here as well. I checked the record on this well and found the spud date for this well was 03/20/02 making preliminary restoration due August of this year. At 1:57 P.M. this date I called Bakerwell and spoke with Rex Baker advised him that they are not in violation as of this time but they need to work on the location to bring it up to preliminary restoration requirements.
| Drilling had commenced but was not ongoing at the time of the inspection. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access roadSecondary containment was observed onsite.
