Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2622021 Primary Facility 2017-07-27 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted At the end of this inspection, I met with Mark Cline and we discussed the need for proper collection and disposal of production water before continuing the production of the two wells that are plumbed into the referenced tank/separator system. Mark agreed to cease production of the wells until a brine tank was installed or another acceptable solution was implemented. The remediation of the impacted soil will be addressed when equipment is brought on site to upgrade the infrastructure at the tank battery.
